Tile Roof Replacment

Kleinberger Corporation Performed this beautiful tile roof replacement in the Delasol Community. The roof was replaced due to old age and storm damage. This re-roof was completed using Poly-stik TU-PLUS self adhered underlayment and Westlake Barcelona 900 in Slate tiles. This customer opted for the replacement of the wall flashings, which ensures this roof will be leak proof for many years to come. WALL FLASHING – area where the roof meets a wall, often leaks after 30 years. Kleinberger removes stucco/siding, uses galvanized steel with roof cement in the crease to guarantee there are no leaks, then re-stucco/re-side and paint to match existing.

Kleinberger was contracted to turn this 15yr old shingle roof into a beautiful Standing seam metal roof system. To complete this job Kleinberger used Polyglass MTS-Plus for the underlayment and sourced the metal from tri-county metals. Style – Striated with 1.5 inch rib. Color – Dark Bronze
